How Soon will i receive my order?
FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping is available on all orders within Australia, that have a minimum order value of $100 and takes 5-7 business days. Free shipping orders are sent by Australia Post and come with tracking. For orders under $100 the cost of shipping with Australia Post is $12
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Express shipping costs $15 and is available on all orders within Australia. This shipping option takes 2-3 business days. Express shipping orders are sent by Australia Post and come with tracking.
EXPRESS COURIER: Express courier delivery costs $20 and is available on orders to our customers in Australia who live within the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart and Darwin. You need to order before 1pm Sydney time for your order to be processed on the same day. Express courier orders are sent by Star Track Express and come with tracking. The delivery timeframe is 1-2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL: SHE ships to customers around the world via DHL. If your order is over $100 shipping is free. For orders under $100 the shipping cost is $20. Delivery takes 3-5 business days to reach most countries.

What is our return policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange policy, where you can return the order to us for a refund or exchange for a different product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
